Manufacturing Policy
After you completed your order at Kineco you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. MME/Kineco has production & packaging facilities in the Netherlands and operates with Dutch staff. we do not produce in low-cost labour countries. The products cannot be used with, on or as food.
Shipping policy
We do our best to process your order and ship it as quickly as possible. However, growing substrate takes time. From order to delivery typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks. We try to deliver sooner when possible but we put quality above speed. Delivery could take longer at busy times like the holidays or when we experience heavy order volumes. The shipping is being handled by DHL, a reputable parcel company. The prices for transport will be calculated at order. Please be aware that orders placed outside the Netherlands may be subject to additional local taxes (like VAT), duties or delivery fees depending on your country’s shipping practices. Any such additional local costs are not included in the quoted prices and are for the customer. The parcel company will deliver at the customer requested address. If the package, for whatever reason, cannot be received by the customer the parcel company will charge extra costs. If after 3 times the packages is not received by the customer, the order will be returned to Kineco.
Return Policy
Our partner (MME) creates substrates and grows mycelium materials in their own facility in The Netherlands. MME warrants that the products will substantially meet the requirements. However, it is a product of nature and therefore, slight differences in the consistincy of the product may accure. We (Kineco and MME) do not give any warranty about the products and do not guarantee that the products will be fit for any particular purposes. Please inspect the product upon receipt immediately. If the product is faulty when you received it and you believe you are entitled to a replacement in accordance with the warranty above, please submit a claim within 7 days after receipt of the product. Such warranty claim can be made only within 7 days after receipt of the product. Do not return the product unless we require you to do so. end an email to support@Kineco.bio and we will confirm whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Privacy Policy
To make a purchase at our website you must provide the following personal information: your name, your email address, your invoice & delivery address (if delivery address is different), credit card and billing information which will be used to complete purchases from our website. Orders will be filed for 7 years according to Dutch law and will be deleted after this period.
